Good until the last drop....a book review

I reviewed The Quality of Silence. This book was great. It was about a deaf girl and her gorgeous intelligent mother going to Alaska to see their scientist father who police believe died in a far in the great north of Alaska. The wife doesn't believe it to be true and it feels futile, but goes on an adventure on the ice roads to try to find him. It is a great book, however I did say good until the last drop. The ending left many holes and feel like just ended without tying everything together. I would still recommend this with 3.5 stars.
